Settlement, ticket service, shipping and other charges may be separately required, so we will provide information to individual customers at the time of order placement. Delivery charges for redelivery for personal reasons shall be borne by the customer.

◆ Payment Deadline
You will be charged following confirmation of winning tickets.
◆ Limitation of Ticket Purchase
Tickets will be sold by lottery as the seats at the venue and tickets handled by AKS are limited in number.
◆ Maximum Purchase Amount
Either 300,000 yen or the maximum amount set by your credit card company, per application, whichever is lower.
◆ Delivery Methods
Tickets will be issued at a convenience store (Seven-Eleven/FamilyMart) or delivered at home by mail or door-to-door delivery.
*The scheduled date of delivery will be notified separately after confirmation of payment.

◆ Return/cancellation
Exchanges, changes or cancellations of tickets that you have decided to purchase on your own will may not be requested for any reason whatsoever.
You may not return any tickets after purchase.
◆ Refund
If a performance is cancelled due to any unavoidable cause, you may request a refund only within a specified period determined by the organizer of the show, and the handling of such refund will be entrusted to AKS.
However, no refund will be made for damaged, lost, or significantly stained and indiscernible tickets.
Refunds will be made only for ticket costs.
◆ Business hours
This Service is available for 24 hours a day, except for an occasional suspension for system maintenance, including the updating of data early in the morning.
