Can I change the information of the application?

You can change the information of the content from you My page.
However, the change is acceptable only during the applying period.

I want to cancel my ticket.

You can cancel your ticket from you ”My page”.
However, cancellation is acceptable only during the applying period.
And cancellation is irreversible.

Do I get a better seat if I get the ticket earlier?

No, the place of your seat does not depend on the timing of your application or reception.
And you may win or lose the ticket as a result of draw.
It makes no difference when you apply for during the period.
The site gets crowded in the moment right after we start to accept your application.
If you have difficulty to access the site, please try again later.

Can I pay for the ticket after the deadline?

No, you will miss the ticket if you fail to make it.
You can check the paying period of your ticket in your ”My page”.

I failed to publish my ticket during the period. Can I enter the theater on the day somehow?

No, you will miss the opportunity if you fail to make it.
You can check the publishing period of your ticket in your ”My page”.

What is necessary for confirmation of my identity on the day?

As an identity verification document with your face photo on, the followings are valid by itself.

@Passport ADriver's license BStudent card (with your face photo)
CMy number card (Please use a special case not to reveal your number.)
DBasic Resident Register card EDisability certificate FResidence card


If you don't have any of the items above, please bring two of the followings or one of the followings and something which your name is printed on to confirm your identity.

If you don't have any of the items above from (a) to (f), please bring two of the followings or one of the followings and something which your name is printed on to confirm your identity.
 Please bring certificates or cards like the followings
 Employee ID card, Student card without your face photo, Credit card, Cash card, Patient card
  These certificates or cards alone are not valid. Please bring them with one of (a) to (f).
However, bills for utilities and mails or parcels are not valid.
* Copy, handwritten or expired one is not valid.
* My number notification card (without your face photo) is not valid.

I have no idea how to pay for and get the ticket at the theater.

If you have to pay for and get the ticket at the theater, we inform you of it in an e-mail sent after the result of draw is determined.
You can also check the information in your ”My page”.
Follow the instruction of the information to pay for and get your ticket.

Can I specify the date to deliver the ticket?

No, you can't.
If the ticket is delivered to you while you are out, you will find a notice in your mail box. Follow the instruction on the notice to make your ticket delivered.

Can I have the ticket put in a mail box or something like that?

No, generally, you should receive the ticket in person.
You can't use a service to receive your parcel at some stores or forwarding.
The delivery of the ticket is made by Security Package of YAMATO TRANSPORT.
So, in order to receive the ticket, you or your family member should sign his/her signature at the doorway.
If nobody was there to receive the ticket, a notice will be put in your box.
Follow the instruction on the notice to make your ticket delivered.
All of these are to prevent accidental failure of delivery. Thank you for your understanding.

I was being out when the ticket was delivered. What should I do?

You will find a notice in your mail box.

I selected the way to receive my ticket as delivery, but I want to change it to publishing at a convenience store.

During the application period, you can change it.
After the period, you can't.

I have not yet received my ticket. When to come?

If "Situation of Application" in your My page says "We are preparing for shipping your ticket", the ticket is yet to be shipped.
If it say "The ticket was shipped", you can track your ticket with an inquiry number in the shipment notice e-mail.

I want to have my ticket delivered, but I am moving before the performance.

The tickets will be shipped after the announcement of standby winners; therefore, if you can enter the new address to which the ticket is delivered after the announcement at your application, it's fine. If not, select "Publishing at a convenience store".
When the applying period is over, you can't change the way to receive your ticket. Be careful.

I'd like to have my ticket delivered to the address different from the address registered on the site.

You can't have your ticket delivered anywhere but the address registered on the site, but you can change the address registered.
However, when the applying period is over, all the information of your application is unchangeable. Please be careful.

I asked the deliverer to deliver my ticket, but I failed to receive it.

Please be careful not to fail to receive your ticket. We shall not be responsible for that.

I can't receive my ticket during the planned delivery period.

If you can't receive your ticket during the period, please select "Publishing a ticket at a convenience store".
